When the system boots, I hit 'ESC' key and 'remove' to go to the bios interface, go to the 'boot' page, change the order of boot on USB, then change it back to hard drive (so in fact that there is no change), press F10 to save and exit. Then, I can boot into normal system.

  Why is this? Anyone can help with this problem?

• Anyone having problems with effects after that put 5.0.3 update?

  Since the 5.0.3 update a few weeks ago, I had problems with adding an effect to a clip. It seems not to matter type (both are res HD, either a shot on a Canon 5 d Mark II or a .m2t file .mov from a camera of HD Sony HVR - Z5U with a registration unit of memory). I have been using the file types of the same cameras with CS5 since August without any rendering problem, by adding effects, playback, slow response time, etc. Now, it seems doubtful that PrPro can handle adding an effect to a clip.

  Before it would show changes to the effect on the video in real time, but now it takes several minutes for the small front wheel I can access PrPro again. By example, if I add a fast color corrector or levels and try to change only one attribute, it unfolds, crashes, and then finally updates. He plants not (unless I force quit), it just hangs.   If you had Photoshop working already on the machine, then it probably isn't a problem of activation.

  Try to start Firefox in safe mode. This mode disables all extensions, customizations, hardware acceleration, etc., temporarily for the diagnosis and troubleshooting.   I have a weird problem. Recently, I bought a laptop series M100 in Thailand - he has worked there. Brought to the United Kingdom and since then now on a startup cold upward, I get a blue screen every time, and after that one or 2 other blue screens - ACPI.sys error for example.

  Don t think it has something to do with the temperature inside the laptop. I would exclude the overheating problem, but you can always try to clean the fans to make sure that the computer laptop parts can properly cooled.

  A BSOD usually appears for different reasons. Hardware and a software problem might be responsible for these BSOD error messages.
  A new installation of clean operating system isn't a bad idea.
  But as I said above the hardware problem may be possible. I think of the memory and HARD drive failure

  I am a HP Probook 640 G2 imaging using MDT 2013. Operating system is Windows 7 x 64 enterprise. I downloaded all of the current drivers of HP. My catch task sequence only drivers for this particular model, so I know that's not attract drivers from the wrong model. BIOS is the current version.

  Thank you for your time in typing this out, but just before you posted this I've thought about it. It was actually the Audio driver that was originally to fail. After that I took the Audio driver on my part of MDT, it ends now Imaging.

• Main menu works fine on the first play, does not respond when I get back to it.

  I've set up a very basic Blu - ray project using Encore CS6. Almost everything works except for this one problem which I can't understand. Firstly, some information... I have two total menus. One is the main menu and one is a chapter submenu. As you can see from the chart below, my main Menu is set to the first piece. It's music that makes a loop in the background. Just 3 choices in the main menu: 1) Play All, leading to my calendar only (3 hours); (2) Chapter selection, which goes to the Menu sup and 3 falls, who goes to the final chapter on my calendar (#15). The submenu allows users to visit one of the first 14 chapters, and then there is a return to the main Menu button.

  All navigation works perfectly when the disc is loaded. However, after the beginning of the timeline anyway (whether in the main menu, or in the chapter Menu), when I get back to the main Menu, it does not. I don't see any selection tool and I can't do anything. It's a big dead end. Composition of my frustration, this problem does not occur in Preview Mode. It only appears on my .iso file (and on the actual Blu - ray disc, which is how I discovered it the first time).

  SOLVED. I burned a disc test of the project so as not to waste the Blu - ray in case it actually worked. Taken at the House of a friend who has a Blu - ray player connected to their TV, and it worked exactly as it should.

  The good news is that my project has been a success. The bad news is that I can't trust my playback device.

• .bat file changed in an .exe file that opens a file linked to the main program does not open after packed

  Here's what's happening.

  I have an add on package I wanted to pack with a main program.  The problem is that the add-on is not an .exe file so I had to make a .bat file to open it, which, unfortunately, is not recognized as a user entry point.   So I converted the file .bat to .exe file so that I could create a user to this file entry point.

  It is a situation similar to opening a word document and it will automatically open Microsoft word.  Only in my case I create a batch file for this word document and then convert it into a .exe file so I could create a user for this document entry point.

  So in my case after it's all packed to the top and I run the user entry point, I get an error could not open file.  Is that what I would call a linked file?  I'm packing up under copy writing/isolation mode and not in merged mode.

  In most cases, you won't need to run the application during the capture process. In some scenarios it will probably a solution to set some values "first round" for an application.

  In this case, you try to start a batch (bat) file. All Thinstall/ThinApp scenarios with a bat file to add this to your package.ini
