I finally understand what has happened to all computers, I threw out and now it's a. Someone used this pay_element_types_api API?

I create an interface called 'PAY_ELEMENT_TYPES_API. API UPDATE_ELEMENT_TYPE. I get an error message saying ' wrong number or types of argument to the update_element_type procedure.
I've tried passing all parameters (present in the update_element_type procedure). Also, I tried passing that the required columns, which are in this case:
1 p_validate
2 P_datetrack_mode.
3 p_object_version_number
4 p_element_type_id
5 p_effective_start_date.
6 p_effective_end_date.
7 p_commit_id
Has anyone used this API before, if so please share your thoughts as to why im getting this error, even if I'm passing all parameters. I missed all the columns or any data conversion is required for all columns?

I have a problem on the two Machines of Dell Optiplex. The two are running with XP SP3.
Both automatically downloaded and installed today updates (11 in total I think) and then asked to reset. After the restart, I tried manually to do another update to see if there were no critical / security updates available. However, on both machines, that I can't have Windows update to work.

However, I already use IE 8 and have been for some time, even if I go to the update of THE website it detects, that I have already installed.
I tried to disable my AV (McAfee VSE 8.7) but that made no difference.
