  Assuming that your spelling is correct, your computer is probably infected by malicious software. Download, update and perform a quick scan with Malwarebytes.

  Sara, problem solved.  FYI-I went to Google tool bar/internet reception/security/choose medium security / clicked on allow reliable messaging users / restarted the computer and success!  Put finely pfd to download and print.  I tried this before but did restart.   Please provide this information to all users of Adobe Reader XI.   When I use the programs listed above and firefox is loaded, scrolling through these programs takes me at the edge of the window. I can't scroll 3 lines I can when FF is not loaded. I hate to say it, but FF is certainly the culprit.

  In preview, the more left on the toolbar icon's point of view. Select a single page. Optionally, you can also select the photos too. Set your view to 100%. Then expand/collapse the preview window to adjust the displayed document.

  The way you wrote, I guess that Vista was preinstalled on the computer when you purchased the computer.
  In other words, you have a version of OEM license. Yes?

  If so,the product key you have is related to the original motherboard. It is not good for the new MB.
  To use your product key, you must replace the motherboard with the exact model, the machine came with that.

  Call the manufacturer of your computer for a suitable motherboard.

  I renamed a folder parent on my hard drive that I have a multitrack and associated files. Since then, when I go to record the session, I wonder if I want to copy multimedia files that are found outside Session about her record. I hit Yes then I get "Error 16 to create the destination file (path) can be complete or is no longer available"
  I renamed the folder relative to the name it had before the start of the error, but does not. I can't resolve '16 create file error'.

  Try Graphic Converter Lemke Software: GraphicConverter you can trial out and it must be able to handle anything you throw at it.

  Thank you all for your concern.  I had a visit from a friend who works ar HP so he noticed that my MicrosotXPS Document Writer has been set as my default printer.  He did my my default printer HP and showed me how to connect phone to my HP and the Modem cable when I tried Telec.  That fixed all problems.  Thank you for your continued effort to help.
