  If you use the PS CS6 13.1.2 version so you are up-to-date with the latest Photoshop CS6 update - http://blogs.adobe.com/crawlspace/2011/03/keeping-photoshop-up-to-date.html

  Sometimes the icon simply does not appear due to a start along with many other process resources and the part of MSE to load the icon to not load damage. If you can open MSE and it signals that all is good, it's probably what happened. Sometimes rebooting resolves it.

  If you do not use a login ID and password for Windows, this can happen more frequently, especially on an old PC, but even a new. Windows Journal and journal of back and sometimes the icon will appear for you.

  Option 1: Make sure that Windows Update Service is running, or if a force start it takes

  My computer does not detect bluetooth devices. I went to the bluetooth menu and unchecked and rechecked the boxes 'discovery' and so on.   It is CORRECTED! After much head shining all day I finally found my own solution to my problem. Installed an ATI driver updated the using the Mobility Modder with permission from people to kind to Driver Heaven! Reinstalled the switchable graphics driver of Lenovo, now my machine seems to work better now before the problem occurred. In fact, click on the switchable graphics option that wasn't available on my right (and I had not noticed either) is now available and ready! A whole day trying to figure this out finally paid off! My problem is solved by me!
