hidden application

Hello

Apparently I did something very stupid and now I'm stuck with a version unwanted of utorrent on my macbook.

I want to remove it, but it does not appear in the app, or anywhere on the mac.

It's here it opens when I click on a magnet link, but I can't find it anywhere...

Any idea of I can get rid of it?

Thank you

  • can I delete files from the activity monitor application

    I have a soft [TrendMicro security] that runs automatically on my mac OS El Capitan.

    It would be great if it worked with the new OS of El captain - it doesn't.

    I see the files running on the activity monitor, but I can't find the files even in Hidden Application Support as it says they are?

    Any suggestions on how to permanently delete this application and its files.

    Thanks for any help, you can share with me.

    PD

    In the preferences system-> users and groups, check your login items. Remove the application from there.

  • iMac (retina 5K, 27 inches, end of 2015) 1-2 second stops when you try to open or switch between applications

    1-2 second ago stops whenever I try to open an application or switching between applications. The animation of the application icon in the status bar at the opening of the starts, pauses for 1-2 seconds and ends before you open the application. When you click on an inactive application window it pauses for 1 to 2 seconds before making the active window. This only happens after a reboot. It takes about a day being initialized for this problem to occur.

    This does not seem like behaviour expected of such a new machine with charge card. All advice is appreciated.

    Hello

    personally, I release the cell object as soon as the value is written in a variable and not in a procedure that closes the file. Note that there are many cells read (so you should relase each cell individually).

    The publication of the application is such:

    Procedure CloseApplication is

    Begin

    CLIENT_ole2.release_obj (Workbook);

    CLIENT_ole2.release_obj (Workbooks);

    CLIENT_ole2. Invoke (application, 'Quit');

    CLIENT_ole2.release_obj (application);

    End CloseApplication;

    Greetings,

  • My Creative Cloud Desktop application is empty?

    My Creative Cloud Desktop application is empty? Several times I uninstalled and installed again but still Virgin, all white. Someone who has the trick? I dare not uninstall any program if it would not work to install them again, because I use them every day. I have CC subscriptions.

    Thanks, I just fixed the problem with the support of the cat.

    I uninstalled the app CC,

    delete the folder Adobe Application manager

    delete the folder AAMUpdater and OOBE in the ~/library hidden > Application support > Adobe folder,.

    deleted the Adobe Application Manager and OOBE files in / library > Application support > Adobe folder,.

    downloaded and reinstalled CC app.

    Thank you

  • Crossing of multiple applications in the same workspace

    Hi all

    I have a question about moving between pages. I have a side navigation bar with all the applications that are in the workspace with the following query in a report region:
    declare
    begin
      return(
        'select t.application_name,
                t.application_id
           from apex_applications t
          order by t.application_name');
    end;
    And for the reports attribute, I have hidden application id and a link on my field of application name and the url is the following:
    f?p=#COL02#:1:&APP_SESSION.
    My problem is that I don't want to force the 1 page reference in the url as not all applications begin on page 1. However, when I removed the reference on page 1, the link may go directly to page 0 instead of an actual page.
    My next option may be to go in one of the views apex take page min to set the page number, but that sounds like a bad hack and I prefer to use something a little more elegant than that.

    Can someone point me in the right direction?

    Thanks in advance,
    Ivan

    Ivan,

    On this basis:

    f? p = COL02 #: 1 #: & APP_SESSION.

    However, when I removed the reference on page 1, the link may go directly to page 0 instead of an actual page.

    That the link attribute looks like then? I can't imagine how you could get to page 0.

    Anyway, try this:

    Select home_link in apex_applications

  • MacBook air crashes after the release of sleep since the upgrade of the sierra

    Began to notice that since I upgraded my macbook air 2015 to sierra, system crashes. The trigger is always when I wake the sleep system (whether it is by opening cover or press a key). Issue is intermittent and may not be reproduced every time. I contacted apple support and they recommended resetting the SMC (ctrl + shift + cmd) but that didn't help either. I also did a check of filesystem (fsck-fy) and which seems to be very well so.

    I noticed others seem to be faced with similar problems and a common theme that I noticed was that both we seem to have an installed tardisk. Not sure if this could be a factor?

    While it is not any loss of data, the question is certainly annoying and disruptive to work.

    The same question was observed at about 7 times since the update of the sierra. Containing the report of Etrecheck to the breast

  • Panic of the common core, EtreCheck 'good '.

    We saw it as "frequent kernel panics iMac from early retirement." Suspected memory low so I doubled it, but iMac panicked at 5 minutes from the start. Here is the EtreCheck to run correctly after a second panic and panic report generated when he panicked when EtreCheck run after the first. Surely you would be grateful for clues.

    EtreCheck version: 3.0.6 (315)

    Report generated 2016-10-02 16:05:50

    Download EtreCheck from https://etrecheck.com

    You have installed one of the worst, in the opinion of most of us users here, malware applications available, MacKeeper.  It proved too toxic for Macs.

    Read this tip to the user: do not install MacKeeper.  It also has links to uninstall programs.  You can also do a Google search for "uninstall MacKeeper" for links to the site MacKeeper to uninstall programs. Once you have removed the offending files re-run Etrecheck to confirm that you have them deleted successfully.

    You can also check if you have deleted all the files by downloading and running find any file to find all files with the application name and the name of the developer in the name of the file.  For example, for CleanMyMac, you would do two searches:

    1 - name contains mackeeper

    2 - name contains zerobit

    All files that are found can be dragged into the window of search results on the Office for suppression.

    FAF can find areas that Spotlight can not as invisible folders, system folders and packages.

    Where did you get the memory modules that are in your Mac?  They are Apple?  If not, where do you have them?

  • Computer is very slow with El Capitan

    After the recent upgrade to El captain, my Macbook pro (13-inch, mid 2012) became very slow.

    Starting, restarting, Safari, open programs... Wheel of Rainbow all the time.

    If someone could help, I would be very much appreciated!

    Thank you!

  • Mid 2012 Macbook Pro with or without retinal incredibly slow

    Hello, I'm typing this for my mother. It has a mid-2012 Macbook pro without the retina which is very slow. She has recently updated to 16 GB of ram, and we are all pretty sure she did her properly. He constantly beach balls and takes more than a minute to launch Safari. The fan is also strong enough now. He runs the El captain. Thank you in advance!

  • IMac goes wrong

    Hello

    I brought my Imac into Apple and they ran a diagnostic. I was told it was material matters, but everything came back fine. I explained to them that the computer is very slow. Browsers open slowly, when I type emails or documents letter letters hang out and eventually catch up.

    The computer is mainly used for electronic mail and I DJ as a hobby. I have music here, but have always a ton of memory. I don't know if the computer is just getting old, but I don't remember my Mac laptop running so bad after a few years of use.

    I had to run out of Apple, and they suggested that I look for advertising and malware. I ran Malwarebytes, but it is a question. A few months ago, I had problems of core and the computer shuts down, but finally after a update it never happened again.

    I did an EtreCheck and the results are as follows

    EtreCheck version: 3.0.3 (307)

  • Below the average, EtreCheck attached

    I might have got a little too aggressive in trying to get rid of a

    a few extensions, such as Little Snitch and old Adobe software plug-ins.

    I was in the 'Good' performance before, now I'm at "Below average".

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.  Thank you

    Corey.

    I see something that will significantly reduce your performance: the connection points. Click on System Preferences > users and groups > login items and take a look at this list. The drop box starts up with the computer, as is Google Drive. These are the memory and CPU hog. In fact, outside the iTunes Helper, this entire list is probably to have an effect on the performance of the system.

    Try this: highlight each item, and then select the sign less down the list to remove. Restart the computer and run the EtreCheck again. I am betting, you will see a big improvement.

    You can add items one by one to determine which ones really is you get bogged down backwards.
