  I guess it's possible, and if it is true, maybe it's time for a class action. You can contact MS support but they will blame HP.

  Was the Intel one driver graphics driver? Use the integrated graphics card?

  If so, you have a slot PCIex16 2.0. Buy a graphics card to modestly low price profile, plug it into the slot.

  If you added discreet graphics then remove the card and try the graphics card integrated.

  Start the PC. You can get the video.

  The motherboard has USB 2.0 supports so pulling the battery and reset CMOS using the jumper pins should correct the problems of USB 2.0.

  This nifty little program,never 10, stops Win 10 upgrades.

  You must use the same motherboard model, that you now if you want to install Windows using the HP recovery kit. The motherboard must be tattooed by HP or HP Recovery kit will fail.

  Let's run Windows Update and make sure that you have all the latest patches and service packs loaded.  In Internet Explorer click Tools then Windows Update and follow the instructions.

  You can also give a quick call Dell and see if this is a common problem with their OEM version.

  Windows Update tried to install "10 updates important" for several days, and all have failed to install.  I have tried everything I can even, at one point, purchase ImproveSpeed that one of the web pages of Microsoft directed me, claiming that would fix it.  Nothing I've tried has solved the problem and I've tried everything but manually change the registry which I don't feel comfortable doing so.  I spent $ 40.00 for ImproveSpeed and that has not worked...   You can stop some programs from loading when the system starts by disabling startup items in the Configuration of the system. Follow the steps mentioned below to open the system configuration.

  I also have a standalone acrobat standard XI which came free when I bought a fujitsu scansnap ix500 (and also another copy with a scansnap sv600), recently creative cloud keeps trying to make me "update" my version of Acrobat DC. I do not have acrobat dc nor I want, my current acrobat does everything I want to do. I don't want to start paying extra for something superfluous.
