  Follow these steps and see if it's what you wanted;

  Configure a limit of Bitrate MP3

  1. in Windows Media Player 12, click on the menu to organize, and then click Options and select the tab plug-in.

  2. in the categorylist, select background.

  3. in the backgroundlist, select MGTEK dopisp and click on Properties.

  To fix it, simply remove your old library files. Then have Windows Media Player find your new files. It will not destroy your music files.

  How to get WMP to re - index your music:

  1. close Microsoft Media Player.
  2. click on Start and then run
  3. in the box, type the following:
  [list] %USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Media Player

  4. click on OK and a folder containing your library files will be displayed
  5. delete all files ending with .wmdb
  6. open Microsoft Media Player
  7. press F3
  8. Select the addresses of your music files
  9 WMP will re-index your music.

• Can I stop the windows store to open one?

  I have a new laptop with Windows 8 on it.  The windows store guard popping up when I'm in the middle of things. I tried to go into the Task Manager and stop, but he returned.

  Since the upgrade to Windows 10 my 15 Pavilion has acquired two new problems:

  1. It will not wake from sleep and requires a hard reboot to get it going again.

  1. Download version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.
     • Navigate to HP Software and Driver Downloads site (http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html) to find the last pilot approved for your model.  Filtrer filter by version, select Microsoft Windows 8.1 on the menu drop-down.  Find the download in the category 'Driver-Chipset'  If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is listed, download.  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (http://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp66001-66500/sp66228.exe) works for most models.]
     • If a pilot of MEI with a version from 9 or 10 number is NOT listed, download the driver appropriate directly from Intel (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/search?keyword=intel+management+engine).  [9.5.24.1790 version 1.5 M (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/23091/Intel-ME-9-Management-Engine-Driver-for-Intel-NUC) works for most models.]
  2. Download the Package of troubleshooting Windows 10 "show or hide updates" (http://download.microsoft.com/download/F/2/2/F22D5FDB-59CD-4275-8C95-1BE17BF70B21/wushowhide.diagcab).
  3. Change the Windows Update Services automatic (delayed start) parameter to the manual.
     • In Control Panel, select administrative tools, and open Services.
     • Go to Windows Update and double-click it to view its properties.
     • Click on stop to stop the service to run.
     • Change the Startup Type to manual, and then click OK.
  4. Install version 9 or 10 of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  If you receive a warning dialog box about the replacement of a newer version of the software, accept it.
     • NOTE: You have NO need to uninstall version 11 before installing version 9 or 10.  The presence of a version of the driver is required to 'upgrade' (or demote in this case).
  5. Run the Windows 10 Troubleshooting Package 'Show or hide updates' and hide the updates of the Intel Management Engine Interface (MEI) driver.  (This will block your system automatically reinstall or display of updates for version 11 of the pilot).
  6. Change back the setting of Windows Update Services to manual automatic (delayed start).
  7. Restart your computer.
  8. Rejoice!  You can finally sleep and stop again.
