  Try to boot from the W10 installation disc and select Repair and see if you can get into SafeMode like that.

  2. What is the full error message that you receive?
  3. What is the number and model of the printer?
  4. You use any program to print the document?
  5. Are you experiencing a similar problem with any program that allows you to print?
