His problem with Toshiba SATELLITE C650

Here's my problem. I have Toshiba SATELLITE C650 laptop and it has installed 32-bit windows.
In the last 2 months I am faced with the question with the sound.
All using the computer like playing any music or any video or any game or whatever it is...
my sound just went...
It has no sound, as completely not disappeared even no sound system...
However, when I restart the system it comes and after a while like 15-20 minutes... He still spent...
I tried to understand and I found things that I tell you that might help...
In Device Manager, it's good...
I tried to update the sound from the Device Manager, but he was declared best driver is already installed.
I have uninstalled and resinstalled but the same question.
I have clean boot but still the same thing...
I also tried to find any log in the event viewer, but found no associated with sound.
