I restore my iphone with itunes backup and there is now a whole an icloud what ID is delivered. Now, I can not restore a backup or remove this ID because I do not know this password ID. Now what I can do. ? Please help me.
Where did you got this phone? Did you buy it used? If this is the first time that you have restored or updated this device, then it seems that the previous owner it has not removed their iCloud account and you met Activation lock.
