Home screen changes randomly sized

Hello

I received my Apple Watch as a Christmas gift and was completely enchanted.

Although I like it, I have a niggling problem, and she wondered if anyone else has experienced this?

From time to time, at random, the House faced with my zooms just watching himself, making it too big to fit on the screen of the watch dial. If I then press the digital Crown to access the screen of the application, they are bigger, and if I remove it, or have to put in my PIN to unlock, I can't always get the right numbers, because they do not appear on my screen... they are "off screen" because of the size of the font.

OOccasionally he was taking off and leaving a few minutes rectifies the situation, but other than that, I'm stumped. I can sometimes move the screen by turning the Crown, but not always, and I don't want the watch off willy nilly whipping...

Anyone can shed some light?

Hi, Annie

Zoom (a function of accessibility) is enabled on your watch.

  • To turn off the Zoom:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: My Watch (tab) > General > accessibility > Zoom - put it off.
    • Or on your watch, go to: homescreen (via a simple press on the digital Crown) > (cog icon) settings > General > accessibility > Zoom - tap and enable / disable.
  • If the accessibility shortcut has been enabled and configured for the Zoom, you can also enable and disable functionality more conveniently:
    • On your watch: quickly press the digital Crown (the round button) three times.
  • To set up accessibility shortcuts:
    • On your iPhone, in the application of the watch, go to: Watch My > General > accessibility > accessibility shortcut (bottom) > select / deselect Zoom.

  • Help! I can't change the search engine for the Firefox widget on my home screen

OK, so my engine failure to research on FF for Android is Duckduckgo. It is also the only one I have in my list of search engines in FF settings. I also use the search widget FF on my homescreen for quick search. It is and has always been, Duckduckgo. But, all of a sudden after the recent update (I use the FF, 36 beta something), for my search widget on my home screen, switched to Google search engine! I don't know why... I never use it. But this applies only to the search engine for the FF search on my home screen widget, not when I'm looking for something in FF itself. Does anyone else have this problem? Because I can't find a way to change the search engine in the FF widget... Looked everywhere in search widget settings and in FF itself. Thanks for the help of any body!

I found a way to implement back to DuckDuckGo after a bit of fiddling with the default search engine in the browser.

I think that the update should have overridden the setting somehow. What you need to do is to any other search engine default, then set DuckDuckGo returned as default. This will also update engine of the widget's default search.

    I hope this helps.

  • How is the best way to change the label of an icon on the home screen

When I place an icon on the home screen I want to change the label, I wish it were.

I don't see in an integrated way to do this.

You can name a bookmark all you want, but when you a site now pressure on the home screen and click on Edit, bookmarks are not always suggested as matches. The only way I can assure you that a referenced site is listed is to add some unique characters for the name of the bookmark that don't arise in the history of this site. Of course, this is taking away total control...

  • Change the Mobile Web site icon when you add to the home screen of a Mobile

Someone knows how to change the icon on the mobile layout when a user "adds to the home screen? Also, is it possible to add the mobile Web site to the homescreen to users having a button or code in place? Any help would be much appreciated people! Thank you very much!!

Bookmark saved on the phone screen would be the favicon on your site, you can change Site Properties.

What about adding site favicon in the home screen, you can add the bookmark of the browser on the screen first and then the browser settings, add bookmark with the site name in the home screen.

    Thank you

  • Change the preference of geolocation on the product of 'add to home screen' applications to the browser?

Now, access geolocation is refused on any web application generated from 'Add to home screen' browser bookmarks. Web applications like Google Map has worked well and I used to be able to get my current position, but after a guest preferred geolocation came from nowhere and I clicked 'decline', now geolocation access denied for web applications full screen on the home screen. If I run the same page on the browser, it is still fine.

I would like to know if there is a way to reset this preference options. Thank you.

I did, but turns out that I accidentally turned off geolocation application under App permissions ' settings' which actually turn it off for all these 'add to home screen' web apps.

Thanks for the suggestions anyway. Also, I just discovered this site m.scout.me, which offers voice turn-by-turn navigation guided free html5. That's why I wanted to fix this so I could use this web app in full screen.

  • BlackBerry smartphones to change icons that appear on the home screen

    Hi all:

Any new owner of the 9000.

I've had three questions for you gurus:

    (1) is there a way that I can choose which icons appear on the home screen, so that I don't not to hit the MENU button and then scroll to access ones I use regularly...?

    (2) ATT (in the United States) made wonder a user name and password when I try to connect to att.com/blackberrystart.  I already put in place an email 'external' non-Exchange, the private, ([email protected]) on my phone, but of course I can't use it to connect to this site.  Does anyone have an idea as to what is happening?

    (3) even if I send emails using this account [email protected] of "BOLD", what should I do to RECEIVE emails on account of [email protected] using POP?

Any help on these three issues will be fantastic.

    Thanks in advance.

    -d.

You can hide those that you no longer want to see. Just ALT + click the trackball on those that you do not want to see and choose hide. With the default theme only the top row of icons will be visible without hitting the menu button.

Check out this post to other sites that have additional themes, you can install

    http://supportforums.BlackBerry.com/Rim/Board/message?board.ID=bold&thread.ID=1065

When you go to the page AT & T BIS are you in the 'create new account' first? You can create an account to access the site. After you have created an account, you can access the sections of e-mail accounts to configure your BlackBerry email account.

  • application for iPhone message leave after screen change

    Hello

Recently, I changed the screen on my iPhone 5. Vertical lines appeared suddenly, tried to clean the connectors and re - attach firmly but not joy. Got a new screen fixed it and everything is fine.

Unfortunately now the app Message randomly closes in addition to not being able to view previous messages or even send/receive texts. I am also unable to receive calls; can make calls but not receive. Although I double and triple checked all the connections of these new symptoms persist. Everything works fine, including the third-party apps like WhatsApp.

Any suggestion or help is greatly appreciated.

To do a full test of the ability to touch the screen, go to the home screen, press and hold an icon until it wobbles, then drag it across the screen. If it ' Let's go ' of your finger, then there is a problem with the screen. If you have purchased one of the screens elcheapo off eBay or Amazon, then this is probably the problem (assuming that the digitizer connector is properly connected).

    See attached picture.

If you already have a Reset, try a restore.

Reset: hold the Home and Power buttons until you see the logo Apple (10-15 seconds).

If this does not help, you may need to restore your iPhone: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204184

If your backup in iTunes, make sure that it is an encrypted backup.
