  Hello abcbuck, you could try to go to control panel of configuration, devices and printers, and there should be a list of icons showing the Fax, printer and other icons.

  Watch and see if the Fax has a green check mark in the Fax icon. If so, this would indicate that the fax is set as the default value.

  To change the printer's default value, if there is an icon for your printer, right click on the printer icon and select the default value.

  It should work under Windows 7.

I've added several text boxes and then place one of the three logos (created and saved in Illustrator in PNG-24 format) in the file. As soon as I place anywhere in the document - the JPEG, the JPEG format, any where - four inches on top the JPEG goes to the maximum brightness and looks terrible. If I add the logo in JPEG format, all right. The problem is that the logo should have a transparent background, which you can't get with a PNG as far as I know. I also tried to save the JPEG as a PNG background, but it's the same way overexposed. What should I do?
