Hompage redirects for ask Jeeves, although I continue to put my homepeage favorite in the options window - why?
I just upgraded to firefox 4 - now, every time I open it it will default to search ask jeeves as my home page.
IT IS EXTREMELY ANNOYING
I tried to reset my homepage preferred using the window options - however, it always noot works and seems to DEFAULT to the ask jeeves site when I re - open firefox.
Is this a known problem or is there a solution for this?
I was wondering if you have the Ask toolbar and perhaps causing this problem, but the Ask toolbar is often perceptible to the user agent string.
This could be a malware problem, or just a forgotten software that you have installed.

Why can't I configure the POP/IMAP mails for my Muse site in Business Catalyst? I don't have the option "use this service for e-mail as hosting the Web site" under Advanced options.
Is this due to my hosting Plan? Appreciate the answers.
Your site is a CCM that is located on a WebBasics plan (this plan does not e-mail hosted on Business Catalyst).
If you want to create the email addresses on this site, you will need to configure your mail elsewhere server and configure the MX records on your site to point to the external mail server.
If you want to use the hosted Business catalyst e-mail services, you should use a WebBasics + or superior siteplan. To upgrade your free CCM site, access administration area of your site-> Site Management-> upgrade now-> choose the desired site plan and billing frequency-> Add personal and credit card details-> Submit.

Does anyone know a way to always have drag selected Notes for every time that Captivate is launched? We have 8 Captivate.
I guess a bit what you want exactly, may be wrong. Want to see the Notes Panel drag immediately, in the dock at the bottom with panels but face-to-face?
If so, please go to UI Expert (check the 4th option in preferences, General settings "Enable workspaces custom... ». You need to restart Captivate. Create a workspace (you have only the classic workspace) where you show the slide notes into an open and active low docking station. If you keep this open workspace, the next time you see the Notes slide immediately.

I want to export Safari bookmarks. The help file explains to pull down the bookmarks menu to 'Organize Favorites', but this option does not appear on my menu drop-down. The help file is out of date?

I work on a Mac running OS x version 10.4.11 onMac. I think not that I am following the correct procedure - I went to the Manager of bookmarks Firefox, followed the way import HTML from / to a file HTML, then find the file "bookmarks.html" inside my users folder browser. The answers that your Web site provided no did me not nothing good. I use a master password to Firefox. Now Firefox don't ask me if I want that it to remember a certain password that I entered for a Web site. In the 'Options' tab, I said Firefox I won't be followed; that I don't want to remember history; and not to accept third-party cookies. What I do in 'Options' to make Firefox remember a new password (I changed a password recently). I'd appreciate a real answer, rather than a link to 'answers already posted.
I use Firefox 33.1. Windows XP - Service Pack 3.

This causes always start in a Firefox's private browsing session. According to aid article "names of users and passwords are not saved:
If you use the Firefox private browsing feature, no password is automatically filled for your window private browsing or permanent private browsing mode, and no new password will be saved.
So I hope this helps to connect the dots.
If you prefer to continue using automatic private browsing, you may need to use an add-on to manage your passwords instead of the built-in Firefox password manager.
Or if you want to adjust to another Firefox settings so that they are in the closest to private browsing, we can suggest how to do that instead.

USB redirection for users on site / off site
I would like to set up 2 different strategies based on users off-site or on-site (zero client). One of those who are the USB redirection. I would like to disable the USB redirection for my users off-site and enable it for my users on-site. My question is... during testing, I disabled USB redirection and my mouse and keyboard continue to work. I was expecting this does not work. Can someone please explain this? unless you change the 'default' settings, keyboards and mouse (even if they are plugged into the usb ports) are not treated as usb devices. Keyboards/mouse are considered essential and redirected via another "channel". This means that you don't need redirect USB to work for keyboards and mice to exploit.
If you really want, you can change this (IE so that they are treated as usb devices), but you get better performance if the default mode of treatment for these devices is left in place.
This applies to zero and soft clients.
disable access usb for off-site users (assuming they don't use zero clients), the easiest way is to block port 32111 on doors. This will prevent the usb traffic is routed to the guests. Internally, anyone using a soft client can always use port 32111, or if they use zero customers then use the usb port that is built into the payload pcoip.
If you have some users outside using zero clients, how you can block these use usb will then be discussed with Teradici.

Folder redirection for remote desktop Services
I use an application remotely and when my end-users will register in their Documents folder they do not realize that it is on the remote host of the Session. I would redirect all their files on their client computer, so when they record on their documents that they are on their local computer. I don't want to use roaming profiles. I looked everywhere for this answer and can't seem to find what I'm looking for. My host is Server 2008 R2 and I have a mix of Windows 7 and Windows 8.1 client computers.

I suggest updating the graphics card and check if it helps:
a. Click Start, type devmgmt.msc and press to enter.
b. expand the graphics card and right click on the sub element and click on update driver.
