  This is known as Multi-Tenancy, there are discussions on this forum talk about.

  Currently, you will need to copy and modify each report to limit the availability of data, perhaps based on the creation of Services in the generator Service that filter the MonitoringAgent property or similar.

  You could then define the roles that are allowed on each of the copies of the report, so that each customer could see that report versions that are their own.

  The same activities would be necessary for the dashboards.

  Reports and dashboards to drop or drag must be disabled.

  Efforts continue to produce true multi-tenant based on roles, but no release date is available or should rely.

  My version of BI Publisher is 11.1.1.12.

  I have 10 BI Publisher reports, all have common guests.

  I want to place every 10 BI publisher dashboard analytic reports and all reports BI Publisher must be invited to dash quickly. (Start date and end date)

  For Ex: We have the start date end date guests and common to all BI Publisher reports.

  How do we build this type of dashboard?

  I think I understand: you want to put all 10 BEEP reports one by one on the same page of dashboard.

  If so, create two new guests of dashboard for the start and end dates and make them as text type.

  In the variable of the presentation, you must provide your name of setting BEEP also exactly as it is defined in the BEEP data model, which will open a link between the BEEP and OBIEE.

  Once done, you can drag and drop your guest of dashboard as a first leg on your dashboard page.

  We do not have individual to download in PDF format report. In any case we have download for excel, powerpoint, download data, the Web page.
  The above options are available for download hyperlink when you enable the downlaod option.

  Change the dashboard-> properties-> report link and check the download of dashboard.

  2. how to download the whole dashboard.

  This property is available in the lower left corner of the page with the printer symbol which has download the dashboard to PDF or HTML format.

  I have a requirement where I need to organize the reports that are on the dashboard as a link. For example, I have 3 reports like this.

  Let's say when the user click the sales link report it should show the full report with the guests. Is it possible to do in dashboards. Help, please.

  If you want reports such as link in the dashboard, then drag the report to the dashboard and go to his peroperties. Select the link in the dashboard option. You can add all the reports dashboard and choose this option. This will make the reports appear as links.

  If you select any value command prompt and click on the go button pushing values apply as filters to these reports.

  I was wondering if a cartridge is available, or if someone is using vFoglight for host computers physical montior and are you able to generate reports, dashboards, etc., with the same level of detail as you can get with vFoglight with vBundle and/or speed available with their views, etc.?

  I have difficulties to create a report that lists all of the FglAM that have already been created with their versions & type o/s.

  FglamClientInstance & RemoteClient toplogies have "null" displayed for the field version so don't know where we can get this value.

  Currently on FMS version 5.6.7, version FglAM is not stored in the FglamClientInstance or the RemoteClient types of topology.  FAM-5227 was generated to request the FglAM version to be stored in FglamClientInstance.

  5.6.4 Oracle cartridge includes these out-of-the-box reports:

  • Balance report - displays the workload balance between selected nodes of the RAC cluster
  • Drive capacity report - displays a breakdown of the use of storage space disk at the level of the host from the host.
  • Health status of check - displays various aspects of the health of the instance specified, namely: availability, status of the listener, response time and connection time
  • I/o activity report - full screens of activity of IO, including workload, the wait events and physical analysis against writing and logical read operations
  • Report availability - displays free/busy information at the level of the instance of the instance.
  • Data storage report - displays a breakdown of the use of space of storage of data to the host, instance, and tablespace level.
  • Oracle executive summary report
  • Report of the PL/SQL blocks
  • Summary report of storage - provides an overview of disk space, the use of the ASM, archive redo logs status, albums and destinations of tablespaces and data files
  • Top of page DB Users
  • Top SQLs report - provides information detailed about the SQL statements that experienced the longest period of consumption of CPU or total wait events
  • Summary report - global workload workload displays, using various performance

  You can schedule or run these reports from the reports dashboard.

  You can create additional custom reports by using drag and drop basis, or WCF reports for more sophisticated reports. WCF allows you to copy and modify out-of-the-box reports.

  I think it's possible to pull this information from vFoglight. SOM of our API calls should remove this information of the Victoria Cross.

  In the case of the prem version, we can do this by using go URL.

  It is possible in case of BIC like going the URL does not work in the case of BIC.
