How to find my Hotmail address after the signing of 'Windows Live'?
I signed up for Windows Live today, and in the process has been issued a Hotmail e-mail account. This may seem like a stupid question, but how do I know what my Hotmail address? I gave a different e-mail address when I signed up for Windows Live. I sent myself an email at this address from Hotmail, but the address that appears in the "from:" field of the other messaging system is long, enigmatic and inconvenient to use. It is something like: <*** email="" address="" is="" removed="" for="" privacy="" ***="">. Is this really my Hotmail address? If so, how can I change?

Unable to send Emails to Hotmail address
Using Windows Mail (Windows Vista OS) when sending E-mails to friends with Hotmail accounts, windows mail successfully sending the E-mail (no error code), but the Email is never received to the Hotmail address,
Instead of using Windows Mail, go to your e-mail service provider online page and send an e-mail or two from there and see if they get through. It is valuable information to solve the problem. If the email gets this way, then it may be a problem between your e-mail provider and Windows Mail. If the emails don't also pass through, then we can pretty well away from Windows Mail (or your computer) as the problem and to focus on the discussion of the problem either with your provider mail or Hotmail technical support (because the problem would be roughly, then must be how these two systems communicate).
I hope that this help (if not solve the problem, at least narrow down possible causes).
Good luck!

My question is in the title
First of all, we ask you not to e-mail address on the forums. E-mail addresses have been removed as a safety measure.
Remember by adding the third address as Alternative e-mail address in one of the two e-mail which you know?
To check the e-mail address Alternative follow the below mentioned steps
(a) connect to your account using your Windows Live ID e-mail address and password (accounts that you know and you work).
(b) on your account page, under account security, select the link "Manage" next to the section of Security information.
Reference:
How to close a Hotmail account?
http://Windows.Microsoft.com/en-us/Windows-Live/account-close-account
More information:
After 270 days (about 8 and a half months) do not have access, a Windows Live Hotmail account to become inactive. This means that all messages in the account are deleted and no new message is accepted.
People trying to send an email to one Windows Live Hotmail inactive account get their message bounced back with a delivery failure. You can still use your account name and password to connect to Windows Live, however.
After 360 days (five days short of a typical year) of inactivity, a Windows Live Hotmail account is permanently deleted. If you are not using your Windows Live ID (which is your Windows Live Hotmail e-mail address) for 365 days (about a year), it, too, can be permanently deleted. Someone else can take your Windows Live Hotmail address
If the problem persists, we ask that contact you Facebook.

Hi Randy,
Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.
I understand you want to know how to stop e-mail spam in your Inbox to hotmail address. Correct me if I'm wrong.
I imagine the inconvenience that you are experiencing. I will certainly help the question of fixing.
You should report the e-mail as spam, so that the e-mail that keeps arriving in your Inbox is redirected to the Spam folder directly and you do not have to worry about this.
Please follow the steps described in the links below and check the issue:
Help keep the spam in your Inbox:

Note: The data files that are infected must be cleaned only by removing the file completely, which means that there is a risk of data loss.

My hotmail address book has been hacked and sending bogus messages with links to click on. What can I do about it without changing my address?
You were not hacked, you have lost your password to something. Change the password for your Hotmail account, and then scan your computer with your antivirus.
