Once again, without success. Whenever I have completed the questionnaire asking Details of name, date of birth, secret question, object of the last email, addresses of recipients etc, but whenever I click on submit, the same screen appears asking once again the same details.

  Is there a phone number for support technique microsoft who I can talk to and then they can possibly guide me through to unlock my account.
