  I recently sent a message to about 50 people in my address book. Since then, my account has been locked, I expect to suspicions of dissemination of spam. Following the instructions I filled in the questionnaires needed to confirm my identity and have provided an alternate email address that has already received a confirmation email with a link directing me to change my password. However, every time you follow the link, I get redirected to a page reporting "a temporary problem" and asks me to try again later. This happened over 24 hours now. Help to regain access to my e-mail account would be highly appreciated.

• I was completely locked out of my msn e-mail account

  Because I typed the password wrong too many times I've been absolutely locked out of my msn account.  Even when I type the password, I get an error message.  How can I get that back?  I would like to talk to a live person to resolve this, how can he be sued?  I want that account back much, please guide me to the help that I need.

  If you don't remember the password, then you must restore the device to remove it. You can then restore the device to your last backup. If the device has been disabled as you say, then turning off and on again will not disable the old password, it will remain the same unless you changed it. Once the device is disabled, you will not be able to save. If you have synchronized the device to this computer in the past, linking can cause your power backup, depending on how many times you incorrectly tried to get into the device.   You can view and delete usernames/passwords stored via Tools (Alt + T) > Options > Security > passwords saved and then the name of user and password store after visiting the site and enter it once.
