My hotmail locked out account
I recently sent a message to about 50 people in my address book. Since then, my account has been locked, I expect to suspicions of dissemination of spam. Following the instructions I filled in the questionnaires needed to confirm my identity and have provided an alternate email address that has already received a confirmation email with a link directing me to change my password. However, every time you follow the link, I get redirected to a page reporting "a temporary problem" and asks me to try again later. This happened over 24 hours now. Help to regain access to my e-mail account would be highly appreciated.

This has not been reported by someone else, so this may be an isolated incident. My attempt to associate my BBID to my seller account failed with a message which told me to contact support. I filled out the form immediately, but I'm still waiting for a response. Basically, I'm stuck on my account which, of course, is less than optimal.
My questions:
1. on average, how long should I wait patiently for an answer or at least an acknowlement of support?
2, can advise eventually intervene and possibly speed up a solution to this problem?
Thank you Ryan for your help. It turns out that I had loaded my secondary e-mail address as an administrator at a dark and distant point in the past. During the BBID association, I connected with the address of the administrator (which happened to match my BBID) and everything works as it should.

Passport blackBerry locked out account
Hey all hope someone can help. For some time now I have not been able to connect to my BlackBerry account and my phone would not connect. I had lost my old email account. My son is connected to my account on my old phone, but it does not use it. With his help, I was able to change my email address and I can access my account online. But not through my phone. Locked out since a company account (to try to use an incorrect password too often), I am an approved user. I have reset my account and waited two days. However, I still get the same message (locked account). Is there a toll free number, I can call to get the customer support.

Applet user accounts causing the failed connection and locking (all LOCKED OUT USERS)
I set it up to lock an account after 3 failed attempts.
If I open the "User accounts" applet, it causes the current user has a login attempt has failed. If I do this 3 times, I'm locked up.
Worse still, if I open the applet "User accounts" and then click "Manage user accounts" 3 times, I lock all users!
What is the origin of the attempts to logon? This does not happen if I use "Computer management" to access user accounts.
