Hotmail sends phishing emails
Hello! I found that, while my computer is off, my Hotmail begins to send phishing links to everyone in my address book.
I scanned my computer with the latest updates to help panda internet security 2011.
I cleaned all my emails with the exception of some that I need to keep that are old, but have never been a problem.
I tried calling 1-800-892-5234 to try to get in touch with someone as the MS site said, but it sounds once and sounds like a modem active hyper who shouts at me.
I'm fairly convinced that my computer is clean, that these emails are sent when my computer is literally disconnected.
Any help would be appreciated.
Your computer is not sending the messages. Someone broke your Hotmail account and sends other computers.

Hotmail sends automatically emails virus / unwanted my account - how it stop?
Hi, how can I stop my Hotmail account sending unwanted emails? I never gave my email address or password to anyone, and I'm very selective on where I use it. Normally, this seems to happen as I'm about to go on vacation.
Basically, he sent an e-mail with a URL in there. In the foot, he has a legitimate 'get a free e-mail account. Sign up for Hotmail"and the body was just another random URL each time consisting of random letters / numbers.
It then periodically sends these emails to random contacts that some have clicked it and similar things are happening.
I thought that I had stopped it before turning off my computer with Ad-Aware and he did find the damage as well as tracking cookie to change my password.
I really want to delete my account after having more than 2 years.

My hotmail account is sending spam email.
I changed the password and it is always the case. Someone is spoofing, do not access my account directly, because there is no way that they brute forced my second password, and even if they did, there is nothing to gain by it. I scanned my computer with MSE, and it comes back clean. I frequently use ccleaner to hold all the junk mail and I perform scans of my hard drive on the complete daily.
What is going on? Don't treat me like a fool. I know the way engineers think users. I would kill to have access to this bug report Studio product that use you guys, so I could see your engineers trying to pin this on the user base. Bleh. If direct e-mail is compromised, let us know!Hello
If someone is Spoofing emails that appear to come from you then they probably never
had access to your e-mail account. Instead, they have either a copy of your contacts
list or just an email from you or one of you where you were one of the recipients. Those
could be gleaned either your computer, the computer of a friend, or hacking
any site or intercept an email on your behalf or to you (you may not be the main)
(beneficiary).Once they have this information there is nothing you can do to avoid that they don't
send usurped messages. Warn your friends that is happening and they
can be entitled to install rules such as parodies are treated as SPAM or JUNK
mail.I've even seen usurped by email that appears to be from a valid user name however
This name doesn't have an e-mail account on the mail system used in parody.
As SpiritX - AT - realmail.com may be a valid account, however, parody used
SpiritX - AT - wrongmail.com. The latter could still be considered an email address valid
SpiritX if it was allowed through JUNK and JUNK e-mail filtering. (The - AT - has been used
instead of so that those addresses would not be filtered by auto responses.
as if by magic.)============================================================
Proceed to a very thorough check for malware and then change your password by e-mail.
The reason why you want to do this is to make sure no more hacking your computer is
still in effect (if it has been hacked). You have changed the password once but I would
Change it again after these checks. It is possible for a person to send the email that 'seems' to be of your
account but that is not really - called "Spoofing." That means its 'Possible' emails
were not really you, although they may have your contact list. Have someone
who receives the e-mails to check the header to see where he is actually sent by and
NOT only the answer to the address. How to read the message headers

whenever I have send an email on my hotmail my computer crashes when I use firefox! the Explorer is fine. Why so much?
This began to happen 1 week ago.
I tried to uninstall firefox a few times and it still does not work!
does anyone have a solution?Hello
Try Firefox Safe mode to see if the problem goes away. Safe mode is a troubleshooting mode, which disables most of the modules.
(If you use it, switch to the default theme).
- You can open Firefox 4.0 + in Safe Mode holding the key SHIFT key when you open the desktop Firefox or shortcut in the start menu.
- Or open the Help menu and click on the restart with the disabled... modules menu item while Firefox is running.
Once you get the pop-up, simply select "" boot mode safe. "
If the issue is not present in Firefox Safe Mode, your problem is probably caused by an extension, and you need to understand that one. To do this, please follow article Troubleshooting extensions, themes and problems of hardware acceleration to resolve common Firefox problems .
To exit safe mode of Firefox, simply close Firefox and wait a few seconds before you open Firefox for normal use again.
Also, try to bypass the cache
Reload the Web page while bypassing the cache using one of the following steps:
- Hold down the SHIFT key and click the reload with a left click button.
OR
- Press Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + SHIFT + R (Windows and Linux)
- Press command + SHIFT + R (Mac)
If it does not help disable HWA used in firefox.
You will have to perhaps restart Firefox for it to take effect, so save any work first (e.g. you compose mail, documents online that you are editing, etc.).
Then perform the following steps:
- Click on the orange top left Firefox button, then select the 'Options' button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to tools > Options.
- In the Firefox options window, click the Advanced tab, and then select 'General '.
- You will find in the list of parameters, the checkbox use hardware acceleration when available . Clear this check box.
- Now restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
In addition, please check the updates for your graphics driver by following the steps in the following knowledge base articles:

I've set up a new account of emal that the original has been hacked. I want to inform all my contacts the new email. Hotmail only allows me to send 9 emails per day until I verify my account. Box for this constantly, says 'problems', try again in a few minutes. This lasted for more than 12 hours!
How to check my e-mail account so that you can send to all my contacts at once and send emails to more than 9 per day.
Thank you.

I would send an email allegedly sent by hotmail scamming
- I received an email asking for my password, country, email, etc. I know it's a scam and wish to report it by sending the email somewhere I fell for this scam even when I was a new MOM of sleep, and I'm trying to save someone some grief. I searched awhile and can't find a direct contact, only links that don't apply and require more time to reject as not applicable. Have more time now.

Cannot send new email to Hotmail Inbox.
A new version of Homail was installed by Windows. Since then, I can't send a new email, or respond to an e-mail from old, my Inbox. Hotmail freezes, then he says he is trying to reinstall a tab for Internet Explorer, and then he threw me on Hotmail. This always happens on my PC, but on my friends PC, I can always send new email and reply to e-mail. What gives?

Hotmail sends not outlook emails
Emails do not send to my outlook hotmail/live mail emails:
Final-recipient: rfc822; (e-mail address)
Action: failure
Status: 5.5.0
Diagnostic code: smtp; 553 sorry, that this domain isn't in my list of rcpthosts allowed (#5.7.1)
Can anyone help, talked to this guy in control of outlook and they find no fault on their end--they say that this must be an error in hotmail.
Thank you
Charlottte
Contact the mail to the e-mail domain administrator, you send it and ask to Hotmail.com if adds the list safe recipients areas. This assumes that the e-mail address ends in Hotmail.com
The domain administrator can be found using WHOIS for the domain recipient to this Web site
