  Who has ever done the installation of Windows, the installation program asks you to enter your name and optionally, the name of the organization. These registration information appears under recommended for in the general tab of the System when you click Start, click Control Panel, click performance and Maintenanceand then click System.

  You forgot to tell us where is the folder. Looks like you are trying to save in a protected area. User documents must be stored in the home directory of the user (C:\Users\username\). Without more information about the path to this folder, I can't be more specific.

  You absolutely don't want to have only one user account. As XP and all other Windows 7, Vista, and modern operating systems are operating systems multi-user with integrated system of accounts as default Administrator and comments. These accounts should be left alone because they are part of the structure of the operating system.

  In particular, you do not want account only one user with administrator privileges on Vista and Windows 7 because the administrator account integrated (normally only used in emergencies) is disabled by default. If you use as an administrator for your daily work, and this account is corrupt, things will be difficult. It is not impossible to activate the built-in administrator to rescue things, but it may require more work you want to do. Better not to get into a bad situation at first.

  The user account that is for your daily work must be a Standard user, with the extra administrative user (call it something like 'CompAdmin' or 'Tech' or similar) only it for elevation purposes.   Good point, Liam - because the default URL is generated from the name of the element.

  We did a small trick to work around this problem.  We did the page to create a Webapp firstly create the element with name = full name element, i.e. without the xxxxxxxx.  The only nominal full user of information on this page.  On the economy, we have then redirected to the page layout change for the user to fill in their coordinates of point - and it is here, that we have applied the name of xxxxxxxx-point logic of weighting.  I'm sure there are variants of this approach :-)
