  I managed to understand this one some time back thanks in part to cor - el (but his explanation was a bit confusing). It turns out Durando's right - Firefox is not supported by iOS or vice versa. Foxbrowser uses an old protocol that Sync no longer uses.

  To add another device that is running the current version of Firefox (if update if it is not), you only have to connect to Sync.

  You cannot add a device that does not currently have Firefox, like iOS apps, unless it also works with the latest version of sync (which simply requires signing in). Right now, I don't know any iOS apps that do.

  On another note, how someone found it? I cannot even find it when I search for it and only arrived here with a small link at the bottom of my email subscription (other buttons led me to an error page).

  Also if you are dealing with an iPhone 4 then you're dealing with an earlier version of the operating system

  Go to settings - iCloud (may be different on your phone) and see if it allows you to connect

  The Sprint network - as you know is also a CDMA network and I'm not sure the iPhone 4 runs on Sprint - you can just walk into one of their stores and talk with the people there

  Hi Drake,

  Review the devices USB connected to your PC and make sure that there is not a USB 1.x device connected to the same USB HUB (front or rear).  USB 1.x devices will cause the USB HUB at the bottom shift to 1.x speeds.

  You have an old PC (2002), it is possible that your PC does not have a USB HUB 2.0.  In this case, you need to install a USB PCI adapter card.
