The other document that did not print correctly was a form which I had filled out on the internet and then print a copy of what I had filled out.   Never mind.. I thought about it... for others who have this problem, hold down the button on the keyboard which is a full rectangle, then what you want to remove from the Launcher.  It will then give you an option to remove.

  You can rearrange the pages of a PDF document via the thumbnail pane in format Acrobat (Standard or Pro).  Simply open it from the left side, then slide - move individual pages or selections of pages you want.

  Adobe Reader doesn't have this capability.
