  I have Windows Vista.
  Most of my music in my music is missing.
  I can view and listen to the music of "missing" in Windows Media Player (library).
  In Windows Media player, if I click on a song and 'open file location' need me for my music, and the file is not there.

Note that you have to replace the http stream with icyx URL part, so to read your example AAC stream, you must enter icyx://109.234.157.154:2012 in WMP, via file - Open URL...
