  I'm the kind of geek who found it interesting enough to check into it some, and it seems Adobe engineers wired each layer of color with a 'contrast' direct-selected-color image of contour. Once you know how they are paired, you can always set particular layer color to for your image layer, and enjoy your choice of color of the outline of the picture. Here are the pairings of the 12 color first in the order of creation of new default layer:

  The layer color > color of contour Image

  Lt Blue > Brown

  Red > Cyan

  Green > violet

  Blue > yellow

  Magenta > dark green

  Cyan > red

  Orange > blue

  Dark green > Magenta

  Teal'c > Orange

  Tan > black

  Brown > Teal'c

  Violet > Green

  Hmm. You can be pushing a bit to get a good quality print size letter.

  A bigger problem is that the proportions of your picture is not 11 X 8.5, more like 11 X 6, 5.

  So... maybe define your crop tool 11 X 8.5 and a pixel density of 300 DPI instead of resizing the dialog box Image size.

  Cultures on a copy of your photo as it will require the removal of some of the image to the size of the target.

  Hello

  If you tell the appearance to pieces then to open Chess Titans then press F7 (= appearance of change) on your keyboard. You now have a choice of 3 appearances of room * (and 3 plates). Select what you want and then click OK.

  If you mean that you want to play as black against the computer, open Chess Titans then press F5 (= Options) and select this option near top left, then click OK. Pressing F5 gives also other options, including the graphic quality and a 2D view from top to bottom.

  What you see by using F7 and F5 , it's what is available with regard to the colors of the room and customization.

  * If you view descendant selected one-piece appearance option is available.

  Open the PDF in Acrobat Reader

  By the low toolset select comment > Freehand

  After doing the drawing freehand click on save at the top right

  Then tap & hold on this drawing freehand in the PDF file and will get a contextual menu just above in the black bar.

  The menu options are: delete, thickness, color, opacity

  From there, you can change the color.

  Ah.

  I've never thought about changing the default is gray for preview, but you can set a different color for the background in preview mode by going into the Guides and pasteboard section of downtown and choose another color from the menu drop-down history. As most of the prefs, if you do this with a file is open, it affects only the current file (and change a file that has a different color, you will need to do one at a time), if you do not open files it will be the default for all new files.
