  1. Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | In general. Make sure that the response field is empty for both accounts.

  Follow the steps below to set the desktop background and select the image to fit the display screen

  1. open the wallpaper by clicking on the Start button , by clicking on Control Panel, appearance and personalization, personalization, and then clicking desktop wallpaper.

  If the image you want to use is not in the list of background images to display, click the location of the image downwards arrow to view other categories, or click Browse to find the picture on your computer.   To change the headers, right-click on the header bar, and click more.  You will see a list of options to be included in the header, and you can place about to adapt to your desires.  But they will not stick unless you modify the template for this type of file.  Procedures for this follow-up.

  Command-shift-4 to take a screenshot of the portion of the screen showing the problem.  Then drag the files to screenshot (which appears on the desktop of your Mac) in your reply in the Safari window message.
