Here is the method for Windows 7. If you are using Vista, there may be a slight difference, but basic procedures should be similar...
Start > Control Panel > region and language > Format > more settings > time tab >
under time format, set hh: mm hh: mm
H = 24 hours
h = 12 hours
Click OK when finished.

I saw the archived post:
"How can I change the date/time data (Sysdate) without changing the date of the OS? to "" "" "
This post does not have a good answer unfortunately and as we have problems similar change of system clock where urgent need to do some future and passed the test of logic date/time, I thought it would be to try again. Anyone know how we could accomplish this change of date/time of database without changing the clock system of the OS?
Thank you
Charles
Time Machine by Solution-Soft (Time Machine® |) Virtual clock for Time Shift and Application tests) provides a solution to this problem by using virtual clocks to specified users or PIDs and intercepts calls to the OS providing system clock is the case of a virtual clock. So if a virtual clock set for 022823592016 for Oracle user, this OS user would see this date in every process owned and all connections to a DB owned instance would return a date and time just before the leap day of "systimestamp select from dual;" There is a framework of Time Machine for Oracle on the market of the Oracle Cloud which is much more granular than this example and allows the travel time of the specific Oracle connections per user, host, or the name of the JDBC program. How can I change the time screen idol before it goes black?
I need to know how to change the time that you set for when your screen becomes black for safety when you are in a public place and to go to the toilet or something foot. Where should I go to change the time limit, so I can't move my mouse while I watch a film to avoid my screen goes black?
Hello kimberlyJennings,
You can change the time display goes off by visiting the Power Options.
1. open Control Panel.
2. click on the power Option icon.
3. in the power Option window, click on the map to change the settings in the section balanced (assuming you are using the balanced plan) favorite plans.
4. within the parameters of change of plans: window balanced, you will see an option to "turn off the display.
5. click on the down arrow in the right dialog box to disable display option (it should read 10 minutes or 20 minutes).
6. in the drop-down list select never at the bottom of the list. You can, if you want to choose anything between the two but I prefer the display to never turn off.
7. click the button to save the changes.
8. finally get out of the power options window, and then close Control Panel.
9. now, your screen is never extinguished.
Please note that this also applies when you leave your PC to visit the toilet; your screen is never extinguished unless you select another option of time.

When you step through the startup process of the printer, I chose the wrong time (an hour out there).
Without doubt, it is used in faxes etc. of timestamp.
How can I change this? I tried the settings on the LCD screen and it has not found here?
I also looked through the embedded Web server and couldn't find there either.
Am I missing something here?
Also, anyone know if this changes automatically for DST British & GMT?
Thank you
