I use Firefox 32.0.3 and I need to know how to change "window size". I have a + and a - in the toolbar but it only changes the size of the window in increments of 10%. How can I get and intermediaries to increase the changes... i. e 15% or 18% or similar?

First of all, make sure that you have downloaded and saved the Google wallpapers you want a permanent location that is easy for you to remember (I keep my in a folder called "D:\Wallpapers").

Right-click on the desktop, select 'Customize' in the menu. When this window opens, select background theme your record (s). This opens a new window, backgrounds.
