  Versions must be the same to make it work.  You will have to perhaps put the original clip in AE and when you're done, export off AE file for use in PP.

  Looks like you just overload the audio bus by throwing on it effects without actually understanding what you do for audio.

  You cannot work with audio without looking at meters.  Find the audio player.  If you see a lot of red, you simply too make noise for the audio to manage bus.  By turning the effects up to 100% is a sure sign that is happening.

  Of course, the best way to deal with this is to work with your audio files in an audio application.  After Effects is a terrible to work with audio place.

  HEY Chi - Lun,

  I don't think that this is possible as many number format. You should be able to insert A in a text string using a formula, but this would happen in a second cell, not that the number has been entered.

  "Assuming all the"numbers require the same inserted letter after the second number, this should do the work."number" entered in column A; the formula in column B. In the table below, your value as an example is A6.

  As far as I can see there is no easy way to do this. However, an easy option is to have the Thunderbird in the system tray on hitting the close instead of closing button. The add-on "Minimize on start and close" for Thunderbird accomplishes this mission and to close all what you need to do is right-click on the icon in the taskbar, and then click close to close actually it.
