How can I connect using wifi?

I can't connect to an extract using wifi.

The first thing to check is to see if the preview work if you connect your iPhone/iPad to your computer via a USB cable.  If USB does not work, but you still want to use wifi, then here are some things to check.

For wifi, here are a few suggestions:

  1. Make sure that you have installed Photoshop CC 2015 updates, as have been some improvements in wifi connection.
  2. Make sure that you have signed in the creative cloud by using the same user account in the creative cloud desktop application and the iOS Preview app. To verify which user account is used on your computer, launch Photoshop CC 2015 > open the menu help > and confirm that you see your Adobe ID listed next to "logout".
  3. So that your device to appear in the device Preview Panel in Photoshop, the iOS app preview must be open and you must be logged in. Believe you that your device is listed in the overview of the unit Panel? You see the preview with instructions telling icon to launch the application and connect via USB or wifi?
  4.   7. If you use VPN on your computer or iOS device, try to disconnect from the VPN and then try to connect in the preview.
  8. If you have a firewall running, try to disable it temporarily and see if it is related to the problem.

    He has no use for testing named pipes. As I said: this is an excellent method for IPC. It is slow and unscalable for networks, including WANs.

    A few minutes of Googling about it and do a bit of research, would like to underline this very clearly.

    BTW - if you think named pipes are better for tcp, then don't you think that oracle would have recommended its use? Heck, Oracle recommends to use the RDS Protocol for interconnectivity of CARS. A protocol is little known outside the HPC environment. As surely as they sung the praises of pipes more commonly for tcp if it was any good?

    That points again to the fact that it is not good and your wasting your time trying to be "smart" and barking to the top of the wrong tree.
