  If you're running Vista, you have Windows Mail, not Outlook Express. These instructions for adjustment of these two programs.

  To create a group of contacts:

  You can create a single group name (or alias) to use when sending a message to several contacts at the same time. Just create a group name and add individual contacts to the group. Then just type the name of the group in the box for when you send mail.

  1. in the address book, select the folder in which you want to create a group. Click New in the toolbar, and then click New Group.
  2. the Properties dialog box opens. In the group name box, type the name of the group.
  3. There are several ways to add people to the Group:

Id number in the url of the destination page editor does not, save them the destination page name does not work, the actual url (LP and vanity) does not work.   I have it! You must use only the identification number of the destination page and reverse fields. Therefore use the option for the zip name and just the ID of the value (13:20100)

  Keep in mind that some legitimate senders do a painful thing where they use a random string in the left part of the "from:" address. There are advertising messages in general or newsletters. For this reason, unless you do not know that you won't get any messages of this type, you need to eyeball the messages filtered from time to time, or set up another filter to run first which affects the portion of the coherent of the sender's address, for example

  'action' of this filter might be to move these messages to another folder, or simply to stop the execution of the filter. You do not want the filter "is not in my address book" to see what they would be treated as spam.

  I urge you to continue to mark spam as spam, to help train your Junk controls.
