  This isn't what Mary said.  You get 2 facilities by title.  You should have disabled software on your old machine first, but since you have now 2 methods to disable older facilities.

  My first recommendation was to contact support with your product purchase information and disable them.

  Mary offered another option which is to go ahead and install the software on your new hard drive.   If an error saying: you have exceeded the limit of 2 machine, press the button continue to disable older facilities.  You will then be able to install on you're your new hard drive plus one more.

  If we remove the Creative Suite of computer software and install it on another computer, you will need to disable the software. Don't forget that you have to disable your software before you uninstall on one computer and install it on another. Unistalling does not automatically deactivate your Adobe software.

  Note: Lightroom doesn't have an option to turn on/off.

  To disable the software from your computer:

  1. Make sure that the computer on which the software is installed is connected to the Internet.
  2. Choose Help > deactivate in the product that you want to disable.  If you have a suite, then by choosing one of the products, you disable the whole sute.

  Giselle if you reinstall Adobe Acrobat, you can find your serial number registered to quickly find your serial number.  Which version of Adobe Acrobat you trying to install?  If you have a volume of Adobe Acrobat license, the installation files will be available on the web at https://licensing.adobe.com/volume license.
