Then to the bottom of the drop-down list click on sing in sync. Then you will set up an account and then select what you want to record. After that, you are free to reset your wife's computer.   What site/link you downloaded.  It is not normally a download if you have the disc (the download is provided for those who do not have the disc).

  You should be able to download the trial version and use your serial number to activate it to make full use of.  Here are some links where you can get the trial version.
