  Check the bios - mods.com.  Having the same problem with my acer 5532 right now.  Someone had bios Creek that unlocked some advanced cpu settings that were not available to the general public from the bios OE and c1e and svm (enabled/disabled), but did not have the option to turn on virtualization as I needed.

  Still, there are some risks involved using a 3rd party bios modified.  You could damage your machine if the flash is damaged, or if you make changes to the parameters which have probably been locked for some reason any manufacturer.

  The steps below a usually resolve the problem you are experiencing:

  1. unplug the power cord at the back of the printer.

  2. unplug the power cord at the back of your router (and the modem, if they are separated from the router).

  3. wait 20 seconds, then plug the router (and the modem, if necessary) in.

  4. wait for 30 seconds, then plug the printer back and power.

  5. press the button on the front of the printer ePrint, and it should try to connect to Web Services again.
