  If your old machine still works, export your definition of original site to a portable player, copy in your new machine and then import the site definition to the new machine. The definition file will have the extension .ste

  Create an empty folder on your new machine.

  Define a 'new' web site on your new machine to point to the new local root folder.

  Log your server and download all of the subfolders and files in the folder root from the server to the new local root folder.

  Hello.  I try to view a php file that is written in English, but with chains of Korean words in dreamweaver cs4.  Korean words look like gibberish.  How can I make dreamweaver show them correctly?

  Open the preferences menu Edition (Windows) or Dreamweaver (Mac), and then select New Document. Default encoding in Korean and make sure the box marked "use when opening existing files that do not specify an encoding" is checked.

  The problem with doing this is that all your files is stored using the Korean encoding.

  The alternative is to open the file and select Modify > Page Properties. In the title/encoding section, select Korean. You must do this each time you open a file, but it preserves your default encoding for all other files.
