  2. You have security software installed on the computer?

  Method 1

  I suggest that you try to start in safe mode and then try to log on to Windows using the default Administrator account and then remove the password for your account, check if it helps.

  AFAIK, you can't share a catalog like this.

  The only recommended method is to store your images and catalogue on an external drive, you can alternatively plug in both computers.

  Your question is: which can be the preparer if the purchase requisition for the purchase order is being prepared since iProcurement and PO is created automatically with AUTOMATIC workflow without intervention of the buyer?

  Rep. (: a) when you create an application for assistance iProcurement (catalog request), normally looking under shop items that are related to BPA. When requisition is approved then standard order is created auto and auto approved IN. Std bears the name of the buyer of the BPA that was used when creating the application.

  (b) to request off catalog (request from) / martForm he refer the PRM to the buyer when creating a PO STD.

  Rep. : Sandeep said correctly that there is no concept of the applicant/preparer etc. in PO,... The buyer of the order is considered as applicant and trainer/owner of the Po. This is completed as mentioned above in paragraph has).
