  If you want version 12, then you don't need to install version 6, you must install version 12.  If you are really talking about Photoshop Elements, not Photoshop, then the link below, you should get to the download.

  See where it says find additional Apps? Click applications, and then select view previous Versions. There is no need to uninstall CC 2015 unless you need disk space. You can only go back to 2014. You may also choose a different output format or use Adobe Media Encoder. No audio problem in 2015 CC is under development.
