How can I get an article on Monitor 2 to open the monitor 2?

original title; Extended desktop problem. How can I get an article on Monitor 2 to open the monitor 2? Mine keep opening the monitor 1 that denies the goal to use the extended desktop.

Using extended desktop, I can get two different articles on 2 different monitors but nothing on Monitor 2 opens on the monitor 1.

The installation of the default monitor is the mirror mode, it's both monitors display the same thing, when you change Extended t - it still display mirrored for all programs? Initially when you open a program in extended desktop mode, the program opens on monitor 1, you must drag Monitor 2 monitor 1:

If you were able to drag the program to monitor the 2 but still shows on monitor 1 m swiped in mirror mode try setting back to mirror and then return to the expanded view.

To change an extended to a mirrored display display
