How can I get rid of choice of dual boot at startup? I am running XP.

Hello, I am running XP and Win7 removed a separate disk.

I still have a dual boot of choice at the beginning and want to remove it.

I saw how to remove if I am running Vista but not XP.

Help please.

Thank you! :-)
