  After the level of cleaning system, you may have a browser extension that has not been removed. You can disable ALL non essential or extensions not recognized here - if in doubt, turn off:

  Firefox orange (or the Tools menu) button > addons > Extensions category

  You can disable the bookmarks bar via view > sidebar > Favorites (Ctrl + B)
