  I use the report tool to read an excel spreadsheet in an array of strings of LV.  It works fine except that it reads the precision of digital cells (~ 10 digits of precision).

  In my workbook I have displayed accuracy the value 2.  Is it possible to read the table such that it is displayed instead of the way it is stored internally?  (BTW, I understand how to do this)

  manually by parsing the string array and limit myself to the accuracy but would prefer to use excel itself to determine accuracy)

  This should allow you to get the text from a cell or a range of cells.  Sort of do a "paste special" 'values '.

  It is a common problem which does not deal with NI LabVIEW.

  The good news is that OpenG provides a function to do what need you.

  How to get the OpenG functions is to use the JKI VI Package Manager (VIPM).

  In addition to the OpenG functions there are several others available community tools provided by VIPM.

  For a quick test, I enclose these files (LV 2010 sp1 version):

  VI made greater Dec__ogtk.vi window and the necessary under Current screw Parents Ref__ogtk.vivi.

  You should really use VIPM to get the entire library OpenG - in there, there are a lot of gems.

  There are basically three approaches to do this:

  1. use adobe contribute. This isn't a very good program, but it might be your best option. Easy to set up.

  You can create several headphones.
  However if you look at the FieldChangedListener interface, you will notice that fieldChanged is driven with the field as a parameter.
  So I create a single listener and determined it the field caused it be invoked and from there, determine what should be done next.  This could be done in different ways, depending on how you want to be object-oriented.  Options include:
  (a) have your listener iterate through the roll of the order of the day and the index, determine the measures to be taken
  (b) have an attribute of fields to extract of the listener, that tells it what to do
  (c) use a method in your ItemField who called the FieldChangeListener, and therefore the ItemField itself determines the action that needs to take place.

  First of all, eight bits (U8) have not NaN. Are you using the correct representation?

  You can substitute a zero (for example) instead.

  Here are two simple using tables DBL ways, because that's what you actually have. Modify if needed.
