  Then I clicked in Animate the command run command and choose the jsfl file

  It then creates a keyframe at the 4999 frame that allows for a forthcoming longer scrolling (by default when you create a new file my Animate / Flash don't come stand on the frame of 655)

  I appreciate the answers! This saves me a lot of tedious time required to manually drag a timeline when your animation on an audio file for a long time.

  Most of toolbars is some add-ons. I would try to go to Tools > Modules > Extension and remove it from there. You may need to restart Firefox afterwards, but who should come at the end.
