How can I install my subscription on 4 technical communication on a new laptop?

I have a subscription to Technical Communication Suite 4, which has been used since Oct 2012. I have a new laptop from Windows 8 and would like to install and use TCS4 on it. How should I proceed?

I'm not familiar with the Technical Communication Suite.
