  Load your Image

  Go to the layers panel and if it is marked 'Background', click the icon of the lock to the right to unlock and change the "Layer 0".

  Create a new layer (click on the icon of paper rolled up at the bottom of the Panel). It will be 1 layer.

  Drag Layer 1 below layer 0 and it will serve as a background for any type of filler layer you want to layer 0.

  You can save your original as a PSD for you allow to go back and change it any time.

  Use file > export > save for Web create a jpeg file flattened for you or your client.

  First Clip comes with several strings of languages already built in.

  Go to the preferences iOS app to change the language of the user here: settings/general / 'language & Region '.

  Tactile 3D power off will solve the problem. You can also try setting the sensitivity of touch 3D cabinet so that there is a major difference between a light and press tap.   Because it's a new account (even if with the same name), the restore procedure is unable to put files and folders in the same place, they came (because this place technically no longer - if yes, then the process is done and the transfer is complete). It can create a set of separate files (maybe even under a new user name, if it has been stored in this way).  If so, all you need to do is copy the data as you would copy any other files and folders (not the main files of the user profile themselves but the data in them) on the new files in your user account and who will take care of the transfer. Here is more information about the restore procedure which may help you in the process.
