  Hello!  When something seems to shine, the glowing object often appears rich in value (i.e. near white) with very little color, with a much more colorful halo around it.  You will see cela in the effect of lightsaber, like neon signs, lampposts and similar types of light sources.

  To emulate this in Photoshop, here is an example of a source of light yellow-orange gloss over a background dark forest, which could be a Firefly or something like that.

  I started with a picture of a forest stock in the night and use an airbrush with white selected for the color of foreground, painted a small circle on a transparent layer.

  

  To specify the color of the light, I selected the layer with the white circle on it and clicking on the layer effects button in the layers panel.

  

  In the drop down below, I selected Chromakey.

  

  I chose a very saturated yellow and turned the opacity to about 23 percent.  This shows the color of the light while keeping close to white, which indicates the brightness.

  

  To view the glow, I chose to the inside of the Panel layer effects outer glow.  I chose a similar saturated yellow, set the blending mode to screen and set opacity to 80%.

  I suggest you to set the service to automatic and check if this is useful.

  a. click the Start button and type Services in the Start Search box and press enter.

  b. find the Peer Name Resolution Protocol (PNRPsvc) services or services Peer Networking Identity Manager (p2pimsvc), set it to Automatic to clicking on the service and selecting Properties and change the Startup type to Automatic.

• How can I make use of TC partitions and make sure that the file analysis is on the right partition?  I do not see the partitions that I have done in the Finder, but I can drag and drop the files in the folder 'Data' unique under Finder/Shared/TC.

  Final objective: use Time Capsule as a Time Machine for my MacBook Air and as a storage solution for large files that I don't want permanently on my MacBook Air.

  So far, I've implemented the TC and set up Time Machine on the TC.  I was able to create 2 partitions on the TC using disk utility then that TM was a backup and the disk was recognizable in disk utility.

  Under Finder/shared, I see the TimeCapsule 'airport', and when I click on it it is a file called "Data".  I was expecting to see my two partitions here.  Under 'Features' is a ' Zissou31 MacBook Air (3)"sparsebundle file and I can also create folders here and drag and drop files on the TC here.  I can see the partitions in disk utility, but how do I see/use the partitions I created in the Finder?

  I fear that this may not be set up correctly and I'm either losing on an entire partition I created or these files dragged/dropped may be at risk of overwriting of TimeMachine.  How can I make sure that the file analysis is on the appropriate partition?

  I disabled TimeMachine and go back to see if I could 'point' to one of the partitions, but the "Data" folder is the only thing that TimeMachine seen.  How do I point time Machine for one of the partitions?

  I just wanted you to (a) I had a very similar experience today that sent my blood pressure skyrocket through the roof and (b) the 'support' (?) provided by MS seems to have got better with the release of Win10.   To be fair (?) to Microsoft, they're probably dealing with a considerable number of complaints, requests and similar with the launch of Win10, but in no case should justify "hang up" on frustrated users who are asking valid questions about Microsoft products. Will not create us these problems, and many of us have been "actively encouraged" to use Microsoft products through some pretty compelling marketing - Microsoft is expected to provide some of this service of 'better quality' and 'innovation' they like to make out in their campaigns in the media.

  If you want to deepen your question, you might be able to find a back door into the network MS. try to do an internet search on the Microsoft contacts in your country - they like to push to good media on themselves, so you can be able to find someone who handles issues related to the consumer media. If you feel that, send them an email or (if you're lucky enough to get a phone number), give them a call. No guarantee of operation, but you can try.

  I have lightroom 5 and sony A77 M2. Finally I solve it myself investigate other positions on the internet on the same subject. I clicked on the part of area of "copy of area" (right of the screen) to the modus of import and the images showed once again. Still don't know why the pictures disappear and hope it was just something that I was wrong somewhere. Before I had multiple tasks (moving files) in the background may cause pressure on system/software.

People will be able to see them in their browsers? No, except if you embed fonts in your CSS, and to provide the policies of source on your web server for the browser to download.

  If you want to make the text look like objects, you would be better to attempt to use the SVG (scalable vector graphics) format. SVG is now supported by all browsers, except a few very old. It has the advantage of supporting the text and graphics, and the file sizes are normally minimal. Try to search the Web for "style text with SVG."

  H.264 is never coded without loss. H.264 is a phenomenon very codec, to compress the video down to a very small size.

  Animation and PNG ina container QuickTime codecs are lossless. CineForm and ProRes 4444 are not lossless, but retain the details very well.
