  2. Select a thumbnail.

  3. right click and choose "same."

  4. press on "BACKSPACE".

  5. open the control panel and load the new images.

  This should be really basic information but I searched through pages and pages of comments, tutorials, videos, books, but doomed if I see a relevant clear explanation anywhere!

  But when I opened LR I get no option to locate images, folder etc.

  When I open the new folder on my laptop drive I can see all the content but .lrcat items are not selectable.

  The process should be:

  Move photos in their existing folder structure to the new hard drive.

  Move the catalog as well as the catalogname Previews.lrdata folder settings folder in a folder on the new hard drive.

  Double-click the catalogname.lrcat file to open it in LR.

  Right-click on the files in LR-library level and make a lack of find file (or whatever the phrase is) and LR to say where is the folder is now on the new hard drive.

  Pages ' 09 v4.3 offered face to face pages and Pages v5 (all versions) do not support this feature.

  But things have moved on and we are now a global business and send a large number of these files to our sister sites.

  E mailing 1 file is much more logical to emailing file 1 framework and 40 image files, especially when files

  You have a lot of good advice here on best practices, but I don't think that someone at - it answered your question. The answer is no, there is no way easy, unless you have access to the FrameScript or the FDK.

  I am currently working on a project where I want back to the transition from the looks of the old formats like DV and VHS early cassettes. I'm really interested in the differences between the formats aesthetically, but in other words, I don't know what the differences are. I found how to simulate interlacing and contrast of the limitations of the old formats. He always looks very digital for me however. How can I simulate that look hot and faded from first consumer cameras?

  Add a bit of blur and effects as Timewarp allows you to add a little "smear sensor. Also consider separating the channels and compensation slightly at the subpixel level to mimic the lack of alignment of sensor cells. And then of course the usual - noise, a little wiggle position to simulate the irregular Strip transport, possibly roll bars and other artifacts video typical as well as some very heavy color corrections. For example an old DV film has almost no own blues due to subsampling of the chrominance and everything is transformed in purples, dark blue petrol and turquoise. Same thing for the Greens and the reds with yellow casts...

  I use a table to make a table of Storyboard.  Once I'm done, I want to print the storyboard WITHOUT no grid table.  I click on the 'grid' boxes and can get rid of SOME lines, but not all.  I have a file corrupted... or there is something that I do everything.

  I have imported the mp4 movie in adobe audition and I got the audio to work with - however, what would be the best way to make the entire audio file sound identical (the voice-over on the same volume and perhaps an effect that can overshadow the fact that some of the voiceover in the file seem to be closer the MIC than others).

  There is a global setting that can be applied to the clamp for all the same sound?

  Not with voiceover, I'm afraid. Nothing you can do will leave the clear voice and remove the speaker away from the microphone, or one of the other things that can vary between one session and another. The problem is that humans are very sensitive to any change in the other human voice - minute even those. Sometimes, some listeners may even hear the difference after someone has had the 'wrong' kind of drink between the recording - coffee sessions can be particularly bad, especially if it's added milk. Record voiceovers, while the artist is recovering from a cold can make tasks such as the reorganization of their quite difficult without changes in sound is really noticeable.

  Once you have realized that this may be an important issue, you can take steps to minimize the differences, but it is only the environment you can control - not the artist. What you have to do is to record everything you could possibly want in a unique, if possible hearing, otherwise the audible differences are almost inevitable.

  I use FCP 7 and need to change a piece with pictures HDR H.264... I read on the forum that I need to convert into AIC... (I get a lot of dropped frames on the original format)... Now, I downloaded Mpeg Streamclip, but I have a lot of clips to convert into AIC and it takes too much time and a lot more space.

  Question: given that my performance is the web, can I reduce the compression quality to 50% to make the process faster?

  Whenever you saw that you must convert to AIC is FAKE!  Sorry, it's a HORRIBLE codec. Noisy, disgusting.  No no no. You must convert to ProRes 422. And there is no way to lower the data rate on this format either. FCP is very picky about exact formats, with which it works.  The size of the files will increase by a draw... just be careful.

  Compressor will be repeated.

  I have a Dell Inspiron Mini 10v Netbook. It came with 1 GB of RAM and Windows 7 starter. Took me to upgrade to Windows 7 Ultimate and it's much better. Given that the memory was only 1 GB I installed a 2GB chip instead. The BIOS of the computer/is happy with it, but Windows 7 will use only 1 GB of it.

  Resource monitor scored the extra 1 GB has "reserved equipment." They have no reserved before the addition of the extra RAM.
