  You have never configured a proxy on your computer?
  This computer is your personal computer, or is it connected to a working network?

  If you have never set up a proxy on your computer and it's your computer, follow these steps:

  • Open Internet Explorer
  • Click on Tools
  • Click on Internet Options
  • Click the connections tab
  • Click LAN settings
  • Uncheck the two boxes that are in the Proxy Server section
  • Click OK
  • Click OK

  Then close and open Internet Explorer to test if you are then able to access the Internet.

  Return to the numbering and section options and tick the box "start numbering at" and change the number 1:

  2. I need the value of "Service_Address_Type" on page 2 to change the default value of "Primary" to "Secondary" to the new instance of "Service_Location_Page" and all subsequent instances.
  3. I need the meter "Service_Locaton" at the top of page 2 to increase of + 1 for each new instance of "Service_Location_Page".

  Suggestions for improvements will be greatly appreciated.
