  Looks like you are looking for in the bookmarks bar. Try clicking on the Favorites icon in your toolbar (the button just to the right of the star) and selecting "Show bookmarks bar".

  If this isn't what you are looking for and you want to move the Bookmarks button, you can do this by doing a right click on the same button and selecting 'customize '.   Go up that favorite-> edit bookmarks.  Then go up to that favorite-> add bookmark folder.

  

  Right-click on the new folder, and then select "Rename".  Name you want to reflect the bookmarks that will be in it.

  

  Then, go to the folder that contains the bookmarks that you want to move, click on it while pressing the command key.  Drag them out of this folder and the new folder.
