  You can middle click on a link or the Go button on the address bar to open the link in a new tab.
  
  You can also use Alt + Enter to open a link in the address bar in a new tab.

  (1) - what do you mean you have only 1 user account?

  When you set up Windows, you will need to create a user account. This account is an administrator account to allow you to set up your computer and install any programs that you want to use. And that's why the user account you are using is the administrator account.

  There is no way that you can create an administrator account, or by using a Standard account.

  (2) are you having issues during installation of the software or opening it?

  (3) what exactly happens when you try to open the software application?

  (4) should be codes error or error messages, if any?

  (5) what software are you trying to install or open?

  So, the problem seems to be that attachments are stored as files read-only by Thunderbird and an application it can open without editing privileges, so you cannot change the. Read-only mode was chosen because these files are kept in a temporary location. For example, if you modify and save the back, they are deleted when Thunderbird is closed, so losing your changes.   2. go to http://www.foxitsoftware.com/Secure_PDF_Reader/ and download Foxit Reader, a small pdf reader and many more.

  Then, install the reader that you have downloaded.
