How can I open a link in read Mode?

I know that many sites have an option - I don't know what it is officially called - to erase a part of the animation, zoom, sheer, columns, etc.

I have headache and sensory processing problems, these things can be very painful for me.

I sometimes open a site and be touched by these things until I can switch to playback mode. So is it possible to select a link and open it in read mode? Is it possible to set up Firefox so that it opens in read mode, unless I choose to switch from this mode?

Maybe this extension of aid:
