  Thank you for your message.  There is no way to play .wma in the iTunes player.  You will need to find a 3rd party software to convert .wma to .mp3 files.  From there, you would be able to listen to the MP3 in the iTunes player.

  Just 'web' is all you need (no double quotes only, however).  When the FTP connection is established, you will be placed in the 'web' directory, and this is where the files will be placed (in their hierarchy appropriate from this directory as root).
