But I suggest placing your image as usual and then using object-> fix-> send backward to move behind everything else in your document. If you use layers, you can make a new layer for your décor and drag your new layer to the bottom of the stack.

  You must manually move all the files in one folder to a location on the hard drive. You can use the photo folder to store all of the picture files and check.

  I am trying to create a pdf file that has the "Return to Table of contents" option at the bottom of each page from 2 to 23.  I know how to add a footer, and I know how to add a link, but is there a way to put a link as a footer?  I don't want to go and create the links 22 for each file.

  I don't know what you are trying to accomplish. If you want to return to the green as soon as possible, is the only one to do to solve the problem. Note that for the 'messages' (check log file), it is not that simple, because it is an entry in a log file. But you can reduce the time that they are yellow/red by changing MSGEXPIRE in bbdef - client.sh on the client. Also, you might (don't know but worth a try) be able to return to the Green by deleting toggle files associated with the log file in $BBHOME / tmp (the * Red * or * yellow * files, a file that needs to be kept is one that contains the last line number, if you remove it, BB will begin from the top of the file and get errors on the next cycle).

  This kind of thing is best done in After Effects; But if you don't have Premiere Pro so the black bars created by using titration module would be the easiest option. They would still have to run on separate tracks, but they are much less intense than the duplication of the video.
